01Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following words have the meanings set out below when used in relation to the batparo platform:

• "Batparo," "we," "us," or "the platform" means the batparo betting and gaming platform operated at batparo.ws and all associated services.
• "You" or "Player" means any individual who has registered an account on batparo or who accesses any part of the batparo platform.
• "Account" means the personal registered account you hold on batparo, including your PKR balance, bet history, and personal details.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by you or credited to your account as settled winnings, available for betting and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit bonuses credited to your account subject to wagering requirements before they convert to real money.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency used for all transactions on batparo.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed on a sports, casino, or gaming market through the batparo platform.
• "Settlement" means the process by which batparo determines and pays the result of a completed bet.

02Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on batparo, clicking any acceptance checkbox during registration, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are accessing batparo voluntarily and are not aware of any legal restriction in your jurisdiction that would prohibit your use of the platform.
• The information you provide during registration is accurate and up to date.

These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside batparo's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and batparo.

03Account Registration

To use the full betting and gaming features of batparo, you must register a personal account. The following rules apply to all batparo accounts:

3.1 One Account Policy

Each player may hold only one active account on batparo. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether using different phone numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. If batparo identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts except the first registered will be closed without notice. Any bonus funds on duplicate accounts will be forfeited and any disputed amounts may be held pending review.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must register your batparo account using your own real name, Pakistani mobile number, and accurate personal details. You may not register using a false identity, another person's information, or any information designed to obscure your true identity. Batparo may request identity verification documents at any time — including a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued ID — and your continued access to the platform depends on satisfactory verification.

3.3 Eligibility

Registration on batparo is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. Employees of batparo and their immediate family members are not eligible to hold player accounts. Batparo reserves the right to decline or close any registration at its sole discretion.

3.4 Account Updates

It is your responsibility to keep your account details current. If your mobile number, payment method, or other personal details change, update your account immediately. Batparo cannot be held responsible for failed transactions or communication delays resulting from outdated account information.

04Account Security

Your batparo account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that takes place under your account.

• Do not share your batparo password with any other person.
• Do not allow any other person to access or use your batparo account.
• Use a unique password not shared with any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication if available on your account.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact batparo support immediately at support@batparo.ws. Batparo will investigate reported security incidents but cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials.

05Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

Batparo supports the following PKR payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees. No currency conversion fees are applied by batparo.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit on batparo is Rs 200. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Higher-tier VIP members may have elevated transaction limits. Specific limits for your account are displayed in the Deposits and Withdrawals section of your account dashboard.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Batparo aims to process all withdrawal requests within ten minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash transfers. IBFT bank transfers are typically processed same business day. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the issuing bank. Batparo reserves the right to carry out additional verification before processing large withdrawals and to delay processing where unusual account activity is detected.

5.4 Own Payment Methods Only

You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Batparo does not permit deposits from or withdrawals to accounts belonging to third parties. Using someone else's Easypaisa or JazzCash account to transact on batparo may result in account suspension and reversal of funds.

5.5 Deposit Limits and Responsible Gaming

Players may set personal deposit limits through the account settings on batparo. Once a deposit limit is in place, it cannot be increased for a cooling-off period. This is an important responsible gaming tool and batparo encourages all players to consider setting limits that reflect their personal budget.

06Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on batparo are final once confirmed on the bet slip. Before confirming any bet, please review the selection, odds, and stake carefully. Batparo does not accept requests to void or amend bets after confirmation except where explicitly stated in these terms or applicable specific sport rules.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum bet on batparo is Rs 200 for all sports and gaming products. Maximum stake limits vary by market, sport, and event. Batparo reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any individual market at any time, including for players whose betting patterns suggest professional or syndicate activity.

6.3 Bet Settlement

Batparo settles all bets based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body — ICC for cricket, FIFA/UEFA for football, and the equivalent authority for all other sports. For PSL matches, the HBL PSL official result is used. Unofficial results, media reports, and social media announcements are not used for settlement purposes.

6.4 Abandoned and Voided Matches

If a match is abandoned before an official result is reached and no result can be determined, batparo will void all bets on that event and return stakes to player accounts. For cricket matches where the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method is applied, the official DLS result is used for settlement. Specific void rules for individual bet types are available in the Sports Rules section of batparo.

6.5 Accumulator Bets

Accumulator bets on batparo require all selected legs to be correct for the bet to win. If one or more legs of an accumulator are voided due to match abandonment, the accumulator is recalculated using the remaining legs. A single-selection accumulator becomes a single bet at the stated odds.

6.6 Manifest Errors

Batparo reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error — an obvious and palpable mistake in the stated odds, such as a cricket match being listed with inverted home and away team odds. Batparo will notify affected players promptly and return stakes where bets are voided under this clause.

07Promotions and Bonuses

Batparo runs a range of promotions for Pakistani players including the welcome bonus, PSL cricket reload, weekly cashback, midweek reload, accumulator insurance, refer-a-friend rewards, and the VIP loyalty programme. The following general terms apply to all batparo promotions:

7.1 Wagering Requirements

All deposit match bonuses on batparo carry a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus balance or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated on the individual promotion page. Batparo keeps wagering requirements transparent and competitive — the full requirement is always visible before you opt in to any bonus offer.

7.2 Bonus Eligibility

The batparo welcome bonus is available to new members only — one per person, per household, per device, and per payment method. Reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards are available to eligible existing members as stated in the individual promotion terms. Batparo reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.

7.3 Bonus Misuse

Batparo operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. This includes creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, placing low-risk hedging bets designed specifically to clear wagering requirements with minimal genuine exposure, and any coordinated behaviour across multiple accounts. Detected bonus misuse will result in bonus forfeiture, account restriction, and may result in full account closure.

7.4 Promotion Changes

Batparo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is terminated early, players who have already opted in and made qualifying deposits will be treated fairly. Notice of significant changes will be communicated via the batparo promotions page and email where applicable.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the batparo platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on batparo.
• Using false identity documents during account verification.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds using payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or AI tools to place bets on batparo.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate bet outcomes.
• Match fixing, spot fixing, or any involvement in the corruption of sporting events.
• Placing bets on behalf of any other person or operating a syndicate through a single account.
• Using the batparo platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another player's account or any part of batparo's systems without authorisation.

Batparo uses automated monitoring systems alongside manual review to detect prohibited conduct. Suspected violations are investigated thoroughly before any account action is taken. Players who believe their account has been incorrectly restricted may contact batparo support to request a review.

09Errors and Technical Faults

Batparo makes every effort to ensure its platform operates reliably at all times. However, technical faults can occur. The following principles apply when errors or outages affect the batparo platform:

• Bets placed during a known technical fault may be voided at batparo's discretion. Stakes will be returned where bets are voided under this clause.
• Where a technical fault results in a player receiving a credit they were not entitled to, batparo reserves the right to recover that credit from the player's balance.
• Batparo is not responsible for connectivity issues on the player's side — including mobile network outages, ISP failures, or device problems — that prevent a bet from being placed or confirmed.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet that may have been affected by a technical fault, the decision of batparo's settlement team is final after investigation.

If you experience a technical issue while using batparo, contact the support team immediately with details of your account, the affected bet or transaction, and the time the issue occurred.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the batparo platform — including the batparo brand name, logo, website design, software, sports odds, market structures, text content, images, and any other material — is the intellectual property of batparo or its licensed providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the batparo platform for personal betting and gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the batparo platform without prior written permission. Scraping odds data, copying market structures, or republishing any batparo content without authorisation is strictly prohibited.

11Privacy and Data

Batparo collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to batparo collecting, storing, and using your personal information to:

• Operate and maintain your account.
• Process deposits and withdrawals in PKR.
• Verify your identity as required.
• Detect and prevent fraud, money laundering, and prohibited conduct.
• Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
• Communicate promotional offers and account updates (where you have not opted out).

12Responsible Gaming

Batparo is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable betting environment for all Pakistani players. Gambling should always be a form of entertainment — never a way to earn income, solve financial problems, or escape personal difficulties.

Batparo provides the following responsible gaming tools to all players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Limit increases have a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a set period of continuous platform use.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from accessing batparo. Exclusions are effective immediately and cannot be reversed for the chosen period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic prompts showing your session time and net activity.
• Support Links: Direct connections to problem gambling support resources available to Pakistani players.

Batparo reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where it believes a player may be experiencing harm, regardless of whether the player has requested such restrictions. This may include mandatory account cooling-off periods or temporary deposit blocks.

13Account Closure

13.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your batparo account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closing your account, any real money balance will be refunded to your nominated Pakistani payment method. Any bonus balance is forfeited on account closure unless the wagering requirement has already been met.

13.2 Closure by Batparo

Batparo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where:

• Prohibited conduct as set out in Section 8 has been detected or reasonably suspected.
• The account was registered with false or inaccurate identity information.
• The account belongs to a person under the age of 18.
• The account is involved in fraudulent financial activity.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the batparo platform or to other players.

Where an account is closed by batparo due to verified prohibited conduct, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure is for other reasons, the real money balance is refunded promptly.

14Limitation of Liability

Batparo provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to ensure reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, batparo's liability to any player is limited as follows:

• Batparo is not liable for losses arising from betting decisions made by players, regardless of the outcome of any event.
• Batparo is not liable for losses caused by platform downtime or technical faults where bets were not placed or were voided in accordance with Section 9.
• Batparo is not responsible for third-party payment processing delays that are outside of batparo's control once a withdrawal has been authorised.
• In no event will batparo's aggregate liability to a player for any claim exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits batparo's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15Amendments to These Terms

Batparo reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, batparo will notify registered players by email and/or by displaying a notice on the platform. The updated terms will show a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of batparo following notification of updated Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you should cease using the platform and request account closure. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates.

16Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which batparo operates. By using batparo, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through batparo's internal complaints process.

Batparo operates a formal complaints process for player disputes. Before initiating any legal proceedings, players are required to submit a formal complaint to batparo support. Batparo will respond to formal complaints within 10 business days of receipt with a substantive response and proposed resolution.
